1. Scope of service
We provide mobile vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services at the customer’s chosen location, subject to availability and vehicle suitability.clickmechanic+1
2. Call-out fee
A call-out fee is charged for each booking to cover travel time, fuel, scheduling, and initial diagnostics. The call-out fee is only valid for the original problem reported and for any solution completed within 24 hours of the initial.
3. New issue or delayed repair
If the issue is not fully resolved within 24 hours, or if the customer reports a different fault, additional fault, or repeat concern after that period, a new call-out fee will apply before a further visit is
4. Diagnosis and repairs
Our technician will inspect the vehicle and may provide a diagnosis, estimate, or repair recommendation. Any estimate is based on the information available at the time and may change if additional faults are found once work begins.
5. Customer responsibility
The customer must provide accurate vehicle details, fault description, access to the vehicle, and safe working conditions. If access is blocked, the vehicle is not present, or the customer is not available, the full call-out fee may still be payable.
6. Payment terms
Payment is up front not on completion of the diagnostic or repair visit unless otherwise agreed in writing. Parts, extra labour, and follow-up visits are charged separately.
We reserve the right to refuse service where a customer behaves aggressively, repeatedly withholds payment, attempts to avoid agreed charges, or requests repeated call-outs without authorising the necessary repair work.
8. Limited warranty
Any warranty or comeback applies only to the original repair carried out by us and only for the same fault, provided the vehicle has not been altered, driven in a way that causes further damage, or repaired by another party.m
9. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, hidden damage, or failures caused by unrelated mechanical or electrical issues that were not reasonably detectable during the initial inspection.c
